Irma
Irma is from the Philippines. She grew up dancing and singing as she came from a family of musicians and performers. From 1992, she became a member of a 9 piece show band, performing in the Middle East and Asia. Irma used to sing live whilst dancing in group choreographies. She was originally a ballroom dancer but when she came to England in 2004, she discovered Salsa and other Latin dance forms which she found more fun and challenging. Irma has now been successfully teaching Latin dance in England for several years and also likes to choreograph for performances.
Marco
Marco is from Switzerland. He is been dancing Salsa since 2000. He discovered Salsa when he went to Cuba and found it fascinating and highly enjoyable. He was taught and trained to be a teacher by a professional Cuban dancer who was based in Zürich and Havana. Marco has a number of strings to his bow and has been teaching Salsa in his spare time.
